I’m the founder of Peaceful Rising, a certified Trauma Recovery Coach, Adolescent and Family Trauma Specialist, and Biblical Counselor. My calling is to walk alongside individuals and families facing the effects of trauma, grief, and emotional overwhelm—offering a calm, grounded presence and faith-based support that helps create space for healing.

Since becoming certified through the Global Trauma Recovery Institute in 2025, and earning my accreditation as an Adolescent and Family Trauma Specialist through It Always Takes a Village, LLC, I’ve had the privilege of supporting clients across a wide range of life experiences. My background includes over a decade of experience in foster care, church ministry, and community outreach, where I’ve worked directly with children, teens, and families deeply impacted by trauma.

Peaceful Rising was born out of my own healing journey, but it’s grounded in more than just personal experience—it's supported by years of hands-on work and professional development in trauma-informed care. My approach is gentle, customized, and rooted in biblical truth and trauma science. I specialize in helping adolescents, caregivers, and survivors of abuse who are wrestling with identity, emotional exhaustion, or spiritual hurt.
